> Años, tramos, regiones y rubros con los que se puede filtrar la nómina del SII

```

Devuelve los valores exactos con los que se puede filtrar. Consúltalo una vez
y cachéalo: cambia solo cuando cargamos un año nuevo.

  Los nombres de región y rubro son los que usa el SII, en mayúsculas y sin
  tildes. Los filtros `region` y `sector` exigen coincidencia exacta, así que
  tómalos de acá en vez de escribirlos a mano.
